Austin Meadows Homeowners Association​

Hello, we are the Austin Meadows Homeowners Association Board.  We're committed to making our neighborhood the best it can be.

Ken is a board certified OB/GYN.  He currently works for SUNY Upstate University Hospital Community Campus as the director of the OB/GYN Hospitalist Program.  He is married with two grown daughters and a dog named Tashi.  His hobbies include skiing, golfing, cycling and reading.

Janet Mallan is retired from Syracuse University where she was an administrator for the School of Information Studies and for a scholarly organization headquartered at the university.  Previously she was a partner in Bottom Line Seminars and Systems, Inc., a consulting firm for small construction companies.  She has served as president of the Syracuse League of Women Voters, the Syracuse Symphony Association and the Syracuse Sounds of Music Association.  She served on the boards of Child and Family Service and the Onondaga Pastoral Counseling Center, and was a member of Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Community Advisory Council.  She was also a volunteer for Vera House, a shelter program for victims of domestic violence.  Janet is a graduate of Syracuse University with a master’s degree in information studies and makes her home in Austin Meadows with her husband, Jack, a retired Syracuse University professor of social science education.

Perry and Kay moved to Syracuse in 1992 and into Austin Meadows in 2007.  Perry’s spent 40 years in his career; starting as a Manufacturing Engineer and later leading Manufacturing Plants as an Executive and a Consultant.  Perry fully retired in 2017.

During Perry’s career he served on several Boards of Technical Societies which supported the industries that Perry worked in, such as the Manufacturing Association of CNY and the Investment Casting Institute.

Perry is an active Member of Eastern Hills Bible Church and the Cavalry Club.  Perry has served on the Board of Austin Meadows since 2013.
